Triggers can be very difficult to navigate, knock you down and leave you feeling any variety of emotions. Please feel free to download tools I've used along the way to navigate triggers. I hope they help you regain a sense of balance as you regulate your nervous system. I'd love to hear how they've worked for you!
Meditation can also be a useful tool to help get grounded and self regulate. My gift to you is a short meditation I recorded. Please listen to it as many times as you need.
